    Hi,

    How do I upgrade my Beosystem1? Is this something I can do myself or only my B&O dealer can do? Thanks

    Dealer have to do the upgrade it for you. SW is upgradable via USB port. However you need to have program to run the upgrade. Dealers wil not provide copy to clients.
    Keep in mind that there are also CHIP MODS but if your BS1 is functioning properly and you just need latest codes go with only software upgrade.  
    You can either do service appointment at your place or bring your box to the dealer.

    Do you know what the latest software version is, and does anyone have a copy of supported devices?

    I believe latest software is 4.7j
    Unfortunately I dont have list of supported devices, however if you are interested in particular device I can check if it supported.
