    BeoSound 9000 Door

There's a BeoSound 9000 on ebay at the moment with the glass door detached. If it's come off but some of the hinge fittings are still glued to it, can it be re-attached? Or would a new door need to be purchased? I believe glue failure was an issue with some of the earlier models. Has anyone any experience of this repair? Cost?

Yes, this is actually the 2nd time that has been listed.  I had considered buying it and installing a new door, but at whatever the price jumped to at the end I decided it wasn't worth it.  The first time it was listed though the seller mentioned an issue with it loading the cd's too though.  Not sure why they didn't say anything about that this time.

Oh, the listing does mention the cd loading issue.  Either I missed it this time or they added it back in.  I asked them what they meant by that, but all they told me last time was that the cd's need to be loaded manually.  I'm not sure whether it was just an issue caused by the player's sensor seeing that the door was open, since there was no door attached.
