I'm new here and first of all hello :)

    I've bought a Beogram CD 6500 (for transport to external DAC). It comes without any remonte controler. I know that CD is only a part of a Beosystem 6500. And a question -  can I remote control only the CD without Beomaster? It is possible? Or I need a Beomaster and that's the only way to control the CD by remote.

Your English is fine - welcome to Beoworld.

The remote facility of the 6500 is all built into the Beomaster I am afraid. Any later Beomaster with Datalink will work though.

Yes.  A Beomaster 5500 will likely cost less than a Beomaster 6500, but the aluminum on the front won't look the same.  So if appearance doesn't matter, then that could work.
