Just wanted to write a quick positive review regarding the B&O store on the Upper West Side in NYC. Rudy Taylor, the store manager, is co-ordinating a pretty large installation of a home theater and 4 other link rooms. He has been fantastic thus far (about half way through now) and I would recommend these guys for any B&O job/product. They gave great advice concerning product choice as well. I write this as a customer who has read many negative reviews of B&O stores and service in general- hopefully this gives the other side of the story some exposure.

Excellent to see positive reviews of experiences with dealers!

Hopefully the (shall we say) 'not so good' dealers can learn that treating the customers well and doing a professional job actually works wonders for a business..  Fairly basic, but there are indeed dealers that haven't seemed to grasp this - or at least their staff haven't.

I have been there as well. They helped me a great deal getting some hard to find spare parts. Unfortunately I moved to Boston so they missed out on my recent big splurge .....
