Each time I start beoplayer it starts with the same song from the same category (folder/genre/artist). Does anyone know how to change this preferably to a random track in the My Music folder?

Odd - mine always starts the last song I listened to. Don't think there's any setting for this - will have a look when next at my beoplayer PC.

I presume you have more than one song in the folder

Make sure you're running the latest version of BeoPort?

I wouldn't worry massively - we all have some Celine Deon in our music libraries somewhere

Yes, I have the latest version (4.65) and no there is no Celine Dion in my collection. Windows keeps track on the category and song it starts with on a per user basis. My username always starts with the same song from the category Genre and my girlfriend's username starts with the same song in the Artist category. Since that is the only song of that artist it is repeated over and over again.
