In Europe there are many variations on the Avant RF/DVD/etc. However, in the US it sounds like there was only one version sold. After reading all the discussions about various model and screen types I was curious what was unique about the US model. The ones I've seen are terrific, but which picture tube was utilized? Did they contain the "RF" tubes? Does it really matter that much?
