We adjusted the

1) DC offset to 0....

2) No load current to 30 mv...

The sound comes on for probably 4 seconds then fades away....as the light goes from Green to Amber...

Ideas...

How could you adjust the "no load current" when ist switches off after 4 seconds?

They hooked up to power, no powerlink plugged in...and put the voltmeter on...and adjusted them with no load and cold...

After they adjusted them...are the same...will only play for 3-5 seconds...

I will say..that when they were adjusting the 30mV's....that the green light was staying on..and would go off as it would get out of adjustment....
