I connect my CD player to my Beocenter 7000 using a DIN to RCA converter lead that I got from eBay.

I *think* the Beocenter 7007 has a bigger range of connection options than the 7000. hopefully someone will be along in a bit who can confirm this.

The Becnter 7000 series have superb amplifiers in them, so it is well worth doing.

You may find you will have to remove the two Datalink pins from the DIN plug on the CD player. These are pins 1 and 7 and should just unscrew.

Do as Craig suggests but don't lose the pins as they are very hard to find replacements for then plug directly into the tape 2 input socket.

Instead of destroying your pins you can get  from your B&O dealer Part no 7229072  a 7 pin to 5 pin DIN adaptor

7-pin female/5-pin male. For connection of Bang & Olufsen products with 7-pin DIN sockets to product..with 5 pin

You won't actually destroy the pins by removing them as they simply unscrew. They have slots in them for a small flat head screwdriver if you look closely.

Whenever I've done this I simply tape them to the lead so I don't lose them.
