I am new to this forum, but have been an avid B&O fan and customer for 11 years now.  I love the product, but can not say it is very "user friendly" in terms of troubleshooting.  So, here is my issue.  I have a BeoSystem 2, running through a BeoSystem1.  The system was working fine, but now when I select DVD, the red indicator light of the BS2 goes off, but nothing happens, no video, no sound, nothing.  The BS2 also will not open to allow me to remove the DVD that is currently in there.  I have checked and re-checked all the connections, unplugged the BS1 and plugged it back in (a routine I have found to work in other instances), but nothing works.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi azatty,I guess you meant your BeoCentre 2 is running through BeoSystem 1?

It could be the Audio/Video Option?

Do you have the 2 connected via Masterlink? Unfortunately I don't know too much about it either.

Yes, I am running the BeoCentre 2 through the BeoSystem 1 and I do have them connect via Masterlink.  It worked fine, but suddenly stopped.  I spoke with tech support and was told that it may be a power supply problem and that I need to send it in for repair.  Very frustrating given that I have had so much trouble with the BeoCentre 2--this is my third unit. 

Sorry to hear that! That's so unfortunate. Hopefully you can have it repaired soon.
