Hi everyone. I have a Beovision 6-22. After the TV has been on for about an hour, a dark 'shadow' or mark appears on the picture over to the left hand of the screen. Does anyone have an idea what is causing this?

Is it under warranty? If so, back to the dealer it goes!

If it had been a CRT, i'd have said it's too near to a speaker - but LCD?? I'm sure someone on here can help advise what the fault may be. Welcome to BeoWorld !!

Well it does look exactly like the shadow you would get on a CRT near a speaker...excpet its not CRT and not near a speaker!!!  Its not under warranty sadly. It only appears after about an hour, so I wondered if it was some sort of strange software problem, rather than a problem with the backlight.

I think I know this is bad, I was just hoping someone had information otherwise!

Hi, did you find out what it was? I only ask as I also have the problem on a BV6-26 on the right
