I have a pair of these speakers coupled to a Beomaster 4400, I find the sound to be excellent.
You need to get the positioning right to get the most out of them. I found it best to avoid the corners of the room, but dont position too far away from the back wall. Because these speakers are pressure chamber, the bass tends to sound a bit light if too far into the room. Also, they sound best when raised off the floor. No problem if they are with their original stands!
If your looking to purchase some of these, i'd highly recommend, but remember that the bass and 'filler' driver will both need their foam surrounds replacing.
