    33&45 LEDs on at the same time

    I've just acquired an absolutely mint 5500 that looks and sounds like new but has the above fault - one I've never seen before. Does anyone know why it's doing this?

    Could be the wires shortcircuiting somewhere. I would also look for an eventual solder blob between pins 17 and 18 of the processor.
