Let me start by welcoming you to Beoworld and I am sure we can assist you in sorting your problem out.
Lets start by a few observations from your posting. You say you lost everything on your Laptop and the shop re-installed everything on your destop. So, your desktop is now connected to the PC2/Beoport box, correct ?
I am assuming from your statement that you have just purchased the PC2/Beoport or have you had it for sometime ?
The fact that you get an access violation in BEOIPCML.EXE tends to show some kind of problem when it first sent out signals onto the Masterlink.
What version of Beoport software did the dealer install ? Is it the one on the B&O site ?
Can you confirm that all other applications on your Desktop work correctly ?
