It is a glorified SCART lead but with a power supply and an IR blaster. I can't remember how much it costs but in the 2006 price list on site, it is listed as being £105. Impossible to tell you which models it works as this changes and the list is always out of date!
It works quite well with my AV9000 and a Panasonic DVDR EH60D although this is not one of the listed models! It is best to keep the original remote handy!
