    Beovision 5 and Playstation 3

    Hi there!

I've been thinking of getting a PS3. I would really love to play it on an HDTV but unfortunately that will have to wait. The TV I have is a Beovison 5 with beolab 5 and 9 speakers so it would be a shame not to use 5.1 sound. The problem is that I don't know how to connect my PS3 to my beovision 5 since it doesn't have HDMI connections or and optical input(?). So what is the best way to connect it and still get 5.1 sound?

    Best regards

    Felix

Alright. So that will give me 5.1?

Would something like this work okay?

You should have a dolby input (Digital audio input 2 x Coax phono, Input-1 for AV-SCART, Input-2 for V.TAPE-SCART).

Maybe a optical to coaxial converter is needed (around 20 Euro).
