    Beo5 widescreen format 6 set up for Avant 28"

    Hello, I have an Avant 28" with 6 picture formats. The problem is that in my Beo5 "image" button, I have Normal (format 1) Zoom (format 2) and Widescreen (format 3), my TV set uses "format 6" instead "format 3" for widescreen, can you explain me how to swap it? I mean, when I play widescreen button, woks as "format 6".

    You will need to get your dealer to change the format value assigned to Widescreen.

    Better still, get your dealer to add a couple more buttons for all the Format variations as well as changing the "Widescreen" button in case you ever need them.
