I seem to have a problem answering calls with my new earset 2. when it calls and i click the answer button on the headset nothing happens, but if i open my serene and then click the answer button on the earset it works fine. have i missed something in the setup? there must be a way to answer without having to grab the serene and open it up first or else the earset 2 is just useless.

and yes the bluetooth is activated and the earset is on and connected to the serene when this problem occurs.

Are you pressing the button on the Earset 2 'IN' or just flicking it up or down? it can be a little akward to get used to, mine works perfectly.

Assuming you are pushing the button in on the back of the Earsat 2 it should work. If you are sure you are doing this, then you will have to take it back to your dealer.
