    BEOLAB 3000

    I have a pair of beolab 3000`s one of which just stopped waorking. I sent it away to B&O and they told me they no longer stock parts, I am looking for a switching board and board no 6 for the speaker is there anyone out there who knows of any source for these, desperate to repair them love the speakers.

    I am sure these will be repairable. Obviously in this case it is the amplifier that is problematic. Where are you based? If in the UK, contact Tim Jarman at www,beocentral.com who may be willing to help.

    Tim is able to fix these at component level. He has fixed two for me in the last 12 months with complete success.

    The problem with B&O service is that they are generally able to replace pcb's but no more than that. This is a problem if the boards are no longer available!
