    Beosat Rx

    Hello,

    Can you help me ,i try to find the user and service manual for Beosat RX ( help Peter and Lee)

    I assume you've found out it's not on the site at the moment - over to Peter!

    Thank for your PM.

    I see on the description of Beosat RX : "DBS prepared"

    Do you think it's possible to use it with digitized signal satellite ?

    Denis,

    It depends what you mean by "Digitized signal satellite" if you mean digital transmissions then I would say the word "prepared" means provided you link the Beosat RX to an external decoder.

    Don't forget that DBS means Direct broadcast satellite

    Have a example of an external decoder

    Perhaps a model of brand (philips,sony...etc) or special (sky,canalsat.....)

    Yep, also my Beosat RX broke just a couple of days ago and I would be interested to have a copy of the service manual. I understood it is somewhere available for download.
