    iTunes controlled by iPhone

    Finally!!!!!!!!

After a long time without the iPhone, today I purchased a new 3G one since I'm moving from PC to Mac next week for home use. Still got to use Blackberry and PC for the company :(

I remember quite a while ago that there was a software that you could control iTunes from the iPhone, being able to watch the playlists, go though the playlists on the iphone etc.

Anyone can enlighten me on which one this is because next step is Apple TV!?!?!?!?

    Many thanks in advance.

It is a free app that you can download onto the iPhone called "Remote".  Works brilliantly for both iTunes and Apple TV.

Thank you very much. Already tried it with iTunes (PC version) and it works perfectly. Wish that Beo5 could work the same way such as two way communication , info on the screen etc.

It has some additional features for Apple TV that allow control by touching, gestures etc...somewhat similar to a mouse I think but I have not yet figured those out. The main control interface works so well I have had no desire to learn the others.
