    Red BeoLab 8000

I don't think this photo looks very real, but I'm sure it would be possible to do. I think the BeoLab 8000 would lose some of its elegance being a different colour however.

I agree Leon. Is this red a standard B&O colour though?

    Re: Red BeoLab 8000

Yes, the red color in the picture looks a lot like the red B&O products my dealer has on display (BV7-40, BL 7-4, Bl8000, Bl6000).

The red on the Beolab4 and Beolab9 ist a bit brighter, but this seems due to the material (textile instead of aluminium).

I don't agree. It depends on the interior. I have seen some red BL8000 and BL6000 that really look very good. I agree that alu suits most interiors, but other colors look good too. I have all black BL8000 and I am very happy not to have chosen the silver/black combination!

I have to agree on that. Black BeoLab 8000s look, in my opinion, even better than the aluminum ones. And there are some great photos of them in the gallery that prove it. I don't know if they're Tom's, but i remember when i first saw them, i fell in love with them instantly, even though i was not a big BeoLab 8000 fan before.

    Re: Red BeoLab 8000

When we were in Struer, we watched as a whole load of speaker cabinets emerged from the red anodising bath. They may have been 6000s but I think they were 8000s.  We may have even seen that very speaker before. Erm Spooky!

I favour aluminium as well, but it's nice to see that B&O offers different colors.

    Dear All:

The red in the picture may be stronger than the real deal.  Red BL 8000 look very nice and can enhanced an interior.

BL 9's red looks too orange to me.  I contemplated getting the BL 9s in red but chose the gray.

I didn't know you had a BeoVision 7, Tom. Very nice setup though and I do like your BeoLab 8000s in black. They work well here.

     Hi!

Since i planned to have red/white interior for my next apartment, i'd very much like to see photos of your red equipment and furniture. :)
