    BeoCom 4 not ringing (are you still there Keith)

    My com 4 has lost its ring, although it is still working. The click on the navigation wheel has also gone astray. Any ideasErm

    Hi Jonnie,

    BeoCom 4's did have an issue with the ringers.  The solution is to simply have the ringer speaker replaced , this can be carried out by a dealer and is very straight forward.  The new ringer speakers were introduced week 18-2004.  If you phone was produced after this date then it could be a number of issues.

    Can I get into the com 4 service menu like on the 6000 and 2, to find production date?

    No need to, it is on the sticker on the base.  You will see something like 03W50 which means week 50 2003.
