Beolink Passive as a amplifier for a BS3000?

    Hi all!

Is it possible to use a Beolink Passive as amplifier to a BS3000?
If yes, how do I set it up? Masterlink, Powerlink or both?

I would like to use the IR in the BS3000 so that I can use the display for volume level etc but the only way I could get it to work is to set BS3000 in option 0 and Passive via ML in option 2 (using the Passive IR-eye)

I can't find any information about this but I thought it was possible.

It should be. Attach using a Powerlink cable and don't attach the IR eye. This should allow you to use it it just like a MCL2P.

You need a fully wired Powerlink cable so that it switches on and off with the BS3000.
