    Serene + Beocom2 + Beocom6000 + PSTN Beoline

Which hardware/software versions do I need for them all to play together nicely?

Unless things have changed, I am afraid the 6000s are totally incompatible with the 1 or 2 and the PSTN base.

But I'm here in the States so the EU may have better luck. Again I think that when B & O released the 1 (to replace the 6000s), they took away backwards compatibility for the 6000 as well as it's forward compatibility.

A great way for the company to snatch more profits from loyal customers who want to upgrade... need to replace the entire phone system.

Love B&O, but no longer addicted.

My Beocom 2 + Beocom 6000 share the PSTN at present.

I bought a Serene for my wife from my dealers this week which caused me to ask the question.

Richard, the Serene should work with that base. Make sure you only have 5 Beocoms connected to it or it won't connect.
The only advantage of adding the Serene to the system is to share the phonebook.

So the Serene doesn't do anything if my Beocom's receive a call?
