This problem has been bugging me for a long time...
On my BV9, everytime I turn on my TV...the volume starts at '60'. I remember when the TV arrived initially the volume would start at '40' when I switch on TV. Even when my TV is switched off with volume of 30-40, it will still start up at 60 when I switch the TV on again.
How can I fix this?
All you have to do is go into the menu. Go to Options, Sound, then Adjustments. Select the volume level(via Beo4) that you feel is appropriate then hit "go" to store that setting. This is the only way to store the volume.

...Also be aware, that using the A9 keyring to turn everything on and off sometimes tends to screw the volumecontrol up. At least it does on my system.
