    BC9500 - BM4500 ic eeprom chip??

    Hi looking for new ic chip for my BC9500 (the same as in the BM4500) two wayI beleive it is s/w1.5.

    My timer functions are playing up and have boiled it down to the chip

    I contacted my local B&O dealer and he said i might have to wait 6/8 weeks (i miss my alarm clock!!)....

    Update

    After 5 weeks waiting for my local dealer to get back in touch he now tells me these are no longer made and that i should look for a second hand one??

    does anyone have one going spare?

    or is it possible to flash a new one?

    it is the two way chip for my BC9500 it is also used in the BM4500 (the big one under the silver cover next to the backup battery.
