Does anyone know if by changing the IR Sender and Receiver in a standard IR extender for B&O ones, if it could then be used with Beo4? I know that the frequency range is much higher so it won't work with the standard ones but just wondered if I used B&O IR leds if it would work.

What are you trying to do?

I have a lintronic box in the living room that controlls my iPod,  satellite and DVD player - I then have one sensor in the kicthen and one in the living room, it seems that the maximum sensors you can have it two, so in order to have the same control in my bedroom I would have to buy another lintronic box, so wondered if and IR extender would send the commands to one of the lintronic sensors.

The Beo4 puts out 455khz, check the specs of the IR sensor.
