I'm thinking of getting outdoor speakers to be connected as linked room to BeoSystem 7000.
Transceiver Can be mounted on the outside wall.
I'm not aware of any B&O outdoor speakers. Any particular brand/product you would recommended?

There is beovox 1 I think this is very good

This is a topic that crops up on a semiregular basis, but we only ever get recomendations from what the newest garden playthings are. To save the hassle of trawling through the internet for many dull audiophile websites, does anyone want to explain how these seakers differ? Are outdoor speakers made with different polymers or is everything shielded away? Presumably both but how, what where, why and so on?

And with this! the vox1 is not water proof, a good place to placed it is under the roof up side down.

However they are in-wall speakers and require more complex installation.
I'd rather get something like wall hanging. B&W has few outdoor models: WM2 on ebay item # 260149237660

lately i was on a yacht of a friend. i heard music playing in the cockpit, outside, exposed to spray from seawater, wind, rain,snow etc...

i asked the owner which speakers he used.

He choose for a very cheap set of speakers, some 5 years ago, as he found thne "yacht-adapted speakers" very expensive.

They still work after 5 years of exposure.......
