    Beovox s35

I came across a pair of used rosewood s35 speakers that in this particular circumstance are very attractive. The owner wants 65$ (US), is this something I should be concerned over?  The owner said they are 3-way speakers but Im not sure if thats correct. I would just like to know what the general consensus was on these. Thank you all.

They are in fact a two way speaker, though the fret has a third circle (for a midrange I think) but there is nothing behind it.
The fret comes off easily, just pull the top corner out and slide your finger round to disengage the six pops.
I have S30s in my dining room, and they are a fine speaker. $65 seems reasonable to me. I don't think they suffer from foamrot, mine haven't anyway.

Beovox S35 can have foam rot. It depends on the woofer surround material which can be either rubber or foam.

In my opinion they are some of the best sounding two-way speakers ever. I agree with Andy, the price seems fair.

If anyone is interested, I know Lee has a pair - probably available very cheap! I saw them this week along with some S30s. The reason that they may have been mistaken for 3 way speakers is that they use the same baffle as S45s which has three cut outs!

Well thank you all, I will definitely look into these speakers now.
