BeoLab 3500 cant change from ML to MCL -

BeoLab 3500 cant change from ML to MCL

So here in the faq it explains how the BEOLAB 3500 can be switched to MLC by pressing menu, 0, 2, play the choose with the arrow.

After pressing menu 0 2 play it says NO ML i cant switch anything to MCL! Pleas helP

PS: i am not shure if we have the beolab 3500 or the LCS 9000 anyone know how i can find out?
