Looking for some help...

My BV7 40 seems to have stopped recognizing the motorised stand.

From the Beo 4, stand command no longer triggers the TV to move and the 'stand' option no longer appears in the menu of the TV.

I have tried switching off, powering off, disconnecting the stand DIN in various sequences but no joy.

Any ideas?

Did you plug the stand in whilst the TV was switched on?  This could have blown the module which recognises and controls the stand.

Otherwise, I'd only recommend what you did. Unplug the stand, factory reset, then turn off the TV, plug back in, turn the TV on.

After that - it's a dealer or service center job imho.

How do I do the factory reset?

Sometimes the module gets confused and needs to have ak of e settings checked.

Check the settings that control how much the tv can go left right up down etc
