Re: Beovision 7-40 and Beomaster 7000

hadn't seen this, didn't try the right search will try shortly. Thanks

    Paul

I have now tried the recommendations and found the folwoing:

    1) I do not see an A.Opt string when I try to add it to my Beo4.

    2) When I try "Now obstruct the beo4 infrared emmiter while pressing "AV TV" on the beo4. You need to obstruct the infrared so that the the Bs6500 will remain on radio mode. You can also achieve this by going to another room and out of range of the bs6500 to press "AV TV" and comming back to range of the BS6500. The reason of this is just to get the v-setup option on the Beo4 while the Bs6500 is on radio mode.
Select "v-setup" and press "Tune" to tune radio stations."  I get F apperaing in the Beomaster dispaly.

I have a Beolink 7000 but have been unable to make much use of this since an engineer disable two-way operationto try to fix an early problem with the Beovision 7-40. Any ideas how to regain two-way operation and would this allow me to program the radio channles?

    Paul

Having time at the weekend re-read the advice, found A.Opt, switched the BeoMaster to Optin 2, re-enbled the Beolink 7000 to two-way comunication, re-tuned the radio, and then ste the Beomaster back to option 0. Everything now fine.
