The control button on my beotime has stopped working - it won't respond to pressing. Any ideas? Can the BeoTime be 'reset'? I have tried taking the batteries out and putting them in again, which made no difference.

What's the warranty on a BeoTime and does it transfer to one purchased second hand (which mine was)?

Hi Stuart,

ask you local dealer about the problem. The warranty is based on the system not based on the owner so you should have the warranty.

The removal of the batteries (for a longer time as there is some kind of backup inside so it keeps the time ) should reset the Beotime.
