    Viewing time

Hi, I am about to sell my Avant 32 and would like to inform the buyer in how many hours I have used the TV. Does anyone know how to get that information ? I know it was possible on my MX 8000.

    Best regards

    Hans, Sweden

    Re: Viewing time

i have just tried this (sorry for bumping thread) and all i can see in the MONITOR INFO is IC2 AND ETC with software details etc cannot fathom the rest..... anyone help? cannot see any playing hours, but if i scroll down the service menu to the SERVICE COUNTERS i have this:

    standby (days) 0556

    audio mode (days) 0050

    video mode (days) 0357

    on/off (times*10) 0484

do i need to add all these up or make some sort of vulgar fraction to work out how many hours the avant 32 has been alive????

    Re: Viewing time

From the BV3 Service Manual (I assume Avant is the same) - get a Silver or Gold membership and you'll be able to download!

On/Off (times x10) shows how many times the TV has been switched off to
stand-by mode. The number is given in full tens. If the number exceeds four digits,
the four least signifi cant digits are shown (e.g. 12834 is shown as 2834).
The other counters in the menu are shown in full days.

    Regards

    Guy
