    No, very lucky if he got £100 with the Beomaster issues and no doubt the cd player will need looking at sooner or later. Also the cosmetic description of the items is not good enough and leaves more questions than the statement attempts to answer IMO.

    If you are interested in purchasing this system my best advice is to sit back and watch a good few auctions before placing a bid. Plenty of time! That is what I nearly always do. You will get a good idea of the current market value of the items and therefore won't get pulled in by auction fever!

    You will also be amazed at the fluctuations you see in prices too!

    Agreed - for £300, they would need to be completely flawless and even then you'd need to want them really bad.

    The same set in full working order can be found for half the price, perhaps not in the same auction though. The only hard(ish) to find piece is the small remote!
