I took it off to clean it up and get out some scratches.  Does anyone have a good technique for reinstalling it?  Seems like I might need to grow at least two more hands.

Did you remove the spring? In that case you need three hands! Seriously though, it is just patience and making sure none of the plastic parts break. The spring is just a torsion bar which is held be three screw down plates. The RX also has two metal pins which slide out if I remember correctly.
