Anyone know which if any of the two scarts AV1 & AV2 is RGB enabled.
Both!
However, the RGB control comes from the connected device via SCART pin
16, and you cannot force it on through the menus. Therefore you will
need a fully connected SCART cable and a peripheral which turns on that
signal (pretty much all of them that output RGB in the first place do, though).
