Beo center 9000... Bin it or repair it?

Have a beo center 9000.   Lights are on but no one is home!

Is it worth repairing? Who do I contact to repair in fort lauderdale Florida ?

System is wired up to three rooms with wall mounted b&o controls & a Bose speaker system.

Ideas? Help? Having a hard time putting it out for trash as was a great system in its day...

Timer set? In the Link rooms?

Or is a cat called "no one" in the house?

Seriously, this was the reason for some system being activated mysteriously....

    Best regards

Are the lights on in Stand-By? Or just no sound? Does CD work? Does TAPE work? Does the remote work? Please some more info about the problem. A BeoCenter 9000 should not end in the trash!!
