    Apple TV part deux

The new Apple TV works perfectly using the "Apple Remote" PUC on VMEM AV2 with BV7-40 and 55 with Beo4 or Beo5 (and for $99 it is a no- brainer).  But I cannot manage the old Apple iDock with it using the same PUC.  The Apple TV remote controls the iDock perfectly, so I know it should be compatible.  For the iDock I am using AV5 on "CAMERA".  Does anyone know a better combination?  Thanks in advance.

I'm wondering if it might be because you have AV5 assigned as "CAMERA." B&O might not have intended "CAMERA" to be used for anything other than temporary connections. Perhaps the "CAMERA" command doesn't allow PUC control? Just a thought. It might be a good idea to try assigning AV5 as something else, e.g. DVD2, VAUX, etc.

Sounds like you bought two of them !

Please give us a BeoReport on what you think of their use and usefulness.

First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*

Yes indeed!!! Although I think the new one without internal storage would be .......... but with ATVFlash on it I'm sure it will be magic as the standard one!

    Best regards
