Just a note to say congratulations to Russ at King Street.
He was awarded Salesperson of the Year 2010 by B&O UK recently.
I have known Russ for over a decade, since his days with Plumbs in fact, and this is actually the second time he has won this award - a first for anyone to get this prestigious recognition twice.
It is not an award based solely on ££sales - it reflects the way individuals also work within the B&O brand values, and as I have worked with Russ in the past, I know this is true.
This also reflects well on his colleagues (and my ex-colleagues !) over at King Street, because so may aspects of what goes on in a (good) B&O store is in truth a team effort, and I know that Paul, Graham and Ian share the same values as Russ.
Anyway - a public Well Done from me.
