    Help needed

    Purchased a home with a B&O system.  Replaced the batteries on the Master Control Panal 5500 and the unit is bleaking "NO CONTACT"  Read the manual and it doesnt trouble shoot this issue.  Can anyone help me with this problm?

    Hi eric43,

    Welcome to the forum!

    The Master Control Panel 5500 only works with either Beomaster 5500, 6500 or 7000, hence if you have a different system installed, then it will just say "no contact" whenever you try to do anything.

    If you can let us know what other equipment you have installed in the house, I'm sure we can help you solve the problem!

    It could be a fault or just a usage issue, but you'll need to elaborate a bit more on what pieces of kit you have and how/where they have been installed.
