Dear fellow beo-enthousiasts,
Since yesterday I am the proud owner of a huge beomaster 8000 receiver! After the 80's BM3000, finally an amplifier that does the M100's justice. I am thrilled with the sound!
The previous owner has painted the veneer of the 8000, and the beocord that came with it, with thick black piano laquer. The veneer has no dents, and I'd rather have the rosewood, so I want to take this laquer off somehow. Is it safe to use paint stripper or will this take the veneer of the beocord and master off along with the black stuff?
Thanks!
