hi all

i have 2 beovision 7 32 in my workplace. neither of them work and im needing some help

i turn tv on by pressing tv then 1

on one tv i get number one in display at sidew of screen with a hyphen above it theere is sound but no picture and im unable to select any other channels.

second tv i turn on as above and get bbc 1. i get sound and picture for about 2 mins then screen closes and tv goes into stanby. when i try to turn tv back on i get asked for a pin number. i enter the pin number i have for this tv and get picture for about 10 seconds then screen closes and WAIT appears in display.

also the tv's are in a hotel and are connected to the hotel tv system
