    BeoCom 6000 Mk2 problem

    Hi all,

New problem with my recent BeoCom 6000.

When I try to use the ring/dial to move to settings, etc all that comes up is Power Off!

Also the two buttons to the right of the main dial don't seem to work any more even though the ones on the left do!

I've recently added a BeoCom 5 to the setup (a Mark 2 PSTN) and that works fine BUT I don't know if the 6000 was knackered before I did that.

    Any ideas?

Is it easy to reset the 6000? or does it sound like a board failure?

As I think its less than 2 years old I'm thinking of taking it back to the dealer to have a look at if its not a simple fix.

    cheers

Take it back if it is under two years old. Thats what the guarantee is for.
