After telling myself I should not be an early adopter I put the deposit down for a BV10-46 today. It will replace my BV5 on a like for like basis on the living room wall. The BV5 moves up to the bedroom replacing a 1994 green Avant (VHS). Hopefully it will be installed at the end of the month. I can't wait.

It will be interesting to hear the sound although the BL5's will provide the main front end sound.

Do not know where you live, but here in spain from ist march to 31st of may if you buy anyof the following with speakers a bv-40 bv- 4 bv 10- 40  bv-55  they will give you 800 euros on your old tv. might be worth asking what offers he has.

Thanks for your thoughts markiedee, pictures to come and picture info when it arrives. Malcolm, the uk dealerships used to do a £500 trade in but that is not available at the moment. It will be sad to see the Avant go but the old BV5 will be brilliant in its place.
