Very similar as long as it is wall mounted. Not as thin as it originally looks, it has two small bass drivers which are asymmetrically placed - the lower one always seems very close to the edge to me but I imagine that this was for a reason - but the other drivers are outwardly the same as the earlier S45. I really like these - the P45 was the later version.
