I have been thinking about getting my BL5000 set up serviced. As much as I would love to send it all of to Frede for a rebuild I cant afford it. It all works fine at the moment but as they are getting on a bit now I am sure it would benefit from a service. Is there any one in the UK, pref. down south that can do this type of work. Does any one have any recomendations?

Wait till you can afford it - no-one in the UK has the parts or knowledge to do this the way Frede does. Tim Jarman can certainly fix any problems but he has essentially stopped doing repairs and even he simply does not have the spare parts that Frede does. Frede is a perfectionist and your 5000 will be better than the day it left the factory.
