    Blinking Standby Light

    The standby light on our BV7 MKIII is blinking when the system is off instead of being a constant red. What does this mean/Why would it be doing this?

    Beovision 7-55 with Beolab 7-4, 9s and 4000s

    Beovision 10-40 with Beolab 1s and 6000s

    Beosound 1, 5, 2000, and 3000

    Beotime, Beotalk, Beocoms

    It may be a system error.

    What about a hard-reset (unplug the set a few minutes)?

    Good idea!   Thanks.  Tried it and so far no more blinking light.

    It is a SW bug! I had the same issue and my dealer did an update. But we both believe, that it wasn't a good idea.

    Unpluggin works mostly. DO NOT UPDATE YET!  No - thumbs down

    Wait a few months. The current SW version has more problems than a blinking LED in standby (ie fan noise).
