    Serenata and PC studio

    Hi

     

    Has anybody out there had the same issue.

     

    When trying to connect to PC studio via usb we get the message "Phone is in use. Please try again on the main screen"

     

    We are totally stuck would appreciate any help.

    Hi,

    I've had another issue lately, the PC studio software doesn't recognize the presence of my Serenata, although it is set to "PC Studio" in the setup menu..

    Looks like the only way to sort this out is to re-install the Samsung PC studio suite on our PC.[:'(]
