No hardware ones that I'm aware of (although I wouldn't rely on me as I haven't followed the product closely). There were early models that suffered from dust behind the front glass though - there was supposedly a fix issued to better seal the glass afterward.
Of course software updates are meant to occur continuously via the internet connection to the BM5.
Generally speaking, you aren't learning much if your lips are moving.
